Our number one priority at Pinnix is to ensure all employees and subcontractors arrive home safely at the end of each day. We strive to make this possible by:
Providing constant jobsite supervision with daily signed and completed safety checklists
Weekly safety briefings on the industry’s top hazards
Providing necessary PPE & safety equipment, along with thorough jobsite training
Requiring all Pinnix employees attend a 10-hr OSHA training seminar. (74% of our employees having attended the 10-hr at least twice)
All supervisors are trained in First-Aid and CPR
Holding employees accountable for identifying and reporting unsafe situations
Zero Tolerance Substance abuse policy
Performing quarterly OSHA mock inspections on all jobsites
